Many women sense that God has placed something meaningful within them —a message, a ministry, a book, a business idea, or a way to serve others.
Yet translating that sense of calling into clear direction can sometimes feel confusing.
Ideas are there. Passion is there. But the path forward is not always clear.
Vision Discovery is a spirit-led process that will help you clarify the direction God is leading you. Through guided questions, practical exercises, and weekly conversations, we identify the ideas, desires, and assignments that have been stirring in your heart. By the end, you will have a clear understanding of your vision and the next steps needed to begin moving it forward.
This is not a rushed brainstorming session nor generic fluffy coaching program. This is a thoughtful, prayerful process that allows you to sit in the presence of the Holy Spirit and listen.
How the Vision Discovery Workshop Works
This is what Cathy is passionate about doing with you!
This Vision Discovery is not a group gathering or a Facebook group filled with noise. This is a private one-on-one transformational experience designed to give you focused time and personal guidance.
You and Cathy will meet once per week for 30 minutes over eight weeks via Zoom.
Each session includes:
💜 Guided discussion and coaching

💜 Insightful questions designed to uncover patterns and direction
💜 Practical homework assignments to continue the discovery process
Between sessions, you will complete short exercises that allow you to process what you are learning and deepen the clarity that is developing.
The Holy Calling Intensive (12 Weeks)
PHASE 1 — SPIRITUAL FOUNDATION
ESTABLISHING WHO YOU ARE IN CHRIST
Week 1 — Who God Says You Are
Understanding your identity in Christ and why it must be the foundation of your life and work.
Week 2 — Your Authority in Christ
Recognizing the authority believers have through Christ and how that affects decision making, leadership, and choices.
Week 3 — Rooted in the Word
Developing the habit of seeking guidance through Scripture and building a strong Word based foundation.
PHASE 2 — KICKING THE ENEMY OUT
REMOVING CONFUSION AND DISTRACTION
Week 4 — Breaking Limiting Beliefs
Identifying thoughts, fears, and past experiences that may be preventing you from moving forward.
Week 5 — Discernment and Hearing God’s Direction
Learning to recognize the difference between outside pressure, personal desire, and true spiritual direction.
Week 6 — Gifts, Skills, and Experiences
Exploring the talents, abilities, and life experiences that shape your unique calling.
PHASE 3 — DISCOVERING THE VISION
CLARIFYING WHAT GOD IS STIRRING
Week 7 — What Is God Stirring in Your Heart?
Identifying the ideas, passions, and burdens that consistently surface.
Week 8 — Who Are You Called to Serve?
Clarifying the people or community your vision is meant to impact.
Week 9 — Defining the Vision
Organizing your ideas into a clear and focused direction.
PHASE 4 — VISION TO STRUCTURE
TURNING THE VISION INTO A TANGIBLE PLAN
Week 10 — Structuring the Vision
Identifying the core parts of the vision so it becomes more tangible and actionable.
Week 11 — Building the Plan
Beginning to organize the vision into a practical business or ministry plan.
Week 12 — Walking Forward in Dunamis Power
Finalizing the vision, reviewing the plan, and identifying next steps to move forward with strength, boldness, and obedience.
