You may choose the specific phase where you need support, or partner with us for the entire journey—from developing your message and manuscript to building your author platform and launching your finished book into the world.

PHASE 1: AUTHOR TECH SUPPORT & MENTORSHIP
Investment: $2,500/month (typically a 3–6 month commitment)

A high-touch mentorship and writing partnership where we develop your message, strengthen your voice, and transform your ideas into a professionally written manuscript.

This phase includes personalized

You also receive the technical and strategic support needed to move the project forward, from organizing your material to preparing the foundation for the publishing process.

MENTORSHIP/CONSULTING

 ✔ Private Mentorship Sessions: Two private 60-minute Zoom sessions each month (or four 30-minute sessions) where we work through your ideas, message, stories, and what God is placing on your heart. These conversations help you stay focused and keep the project moving forward.

BOOK DEVELOPMENT + GHOSTWRITING

This is where we take everything inside of you, your ideas, your story, your teaching, and your heart and turn it into a clear, powerful, beautifully written book.

✔ Audio Recordings Turned Into a Professional Manuscript: You simply record your thoughts, ideas, stories, and teachings. Those recordings become the foundation that is transformed into clear, well-written chapters that reflect your voice and message.

✔ You Do Not Need to Be a Writer: You do not need to know how to structure a book or worry about the writing process. You speak your message and I handle the writing, organization, and development of the manuscript.

✔ Chapter Structure and Flow: Your content is organized into a clear chapter structure that creates a natural progression for the reader and keeps the message focused and meaningful.

✔ Message and Story Development: As the manuscript develops, we continue refining your message, strengthening your stories, and ensuring the content stays aligned with the purpose of the book.

✔ Human-Polished Writing: Technology may assist with early drafting, but every chapter is personally rewritten and refined so the final manuscript sounds natural, strong, and true to your voice.

✔ Ongoing Editing Throughout the Process: Your manuscript is edited as it develops, improving clarity, flow, tone, and structure as each chapter takes shape.

✔ A Complete Manuscript: Most books develop into approximately 10–14 chapters depending on the structure of your Transformation Map.

✔ Manuscript Ready for the Next Phase: By the end of this phase, you will have a strong, well-developed manuscript ready for final publishing preparation.

PHASE 2: AUTHOR BRANDING & MARKETING FOUNDATIONS
Investment: $8,997 (one-time flat rate)
Typical Timeline: 6–10 weeks depending on responsiveness

Phase 2 builds the complete foundation for your author brand and marketing presence. During this phase we create your visual identity, develop your Success Map, and set up the key systems needed to attract readers, grow your audience, and prepare for your book launch.

✔ Book Cover Direction & Coordination: I guide the creative direction for your book cover so it aligns with your message, audience, and brand. I coordinate with the professional cover designer by providing your title, subtitle, brand direction, and creative guidance. (Professional designer fees are paid separately by the client.)

✔ Author Branding & Visual Identity: We develop a cohesive visual brand for you as an author, including color palette, imagery style, and graphic direction that can be used across your book, website, and promotional materials.

✔ Success Map Creation (Your Author Journey Blueprint): I create a custom visual Success Map that outlines your core message, the transformation you want your reader to experience, and how the themes of your book connect together. This becomes the guiding framework for your book and your future teaching or speaking.

✔ Author Audience Database Setup: We establish the foundation of your author platform by setting up your database so you can begin collecting email subscribers, organizing contacts, tracking early interest, and building your future launch team.

✔ Lead Magnet Development: A simple lead magnet is created to begin attracting readers and building your audience before your book launches. This resource is designed to introduce your message and encourage people to join your email list.

✔ Funnel Creation (Landing Page + Email Capture): We build a simple funnel that allows readers to download your lead magnet and join your email list. This includes the landing page structure and basic automations needed to capture and organize new contacts.

✔ Marketing Platform Setup: Your core author platforms are established so readers can easily find and connect with you. This may include your Facebook page, Instagram profile, author landing page or website, and Amazon Author Central setup (pre-launch).

✔ Email Marketing System & Sequences: Your email platform is set up along with introductory email sequences such as a welcome series, your story, encouragement or teaching emails, and early book updates. These sequences help nurture your audience and build meaningful connections with your readers.

PHASE 3: PUBLISHING & BOOK LAUNCH PREPARATION
Investment: $4,997 (one-time flat rate)
Typical Timeline: 4–8 weeks depending on proofing rounds

Phase 3 is where your manuscript becomes a finished, published book. During this phase your manuscript is professionally refined, formatted, uploaded, and prepared for release so it is polished and ready for readers.

✔ Final Editing & Manuscript Polish: Your manuscript receives a final editing pass to strengthen clarity, improve flow, maintain voice consistency, and ensure the book reads smoothly from beginning to end.

✔ Professional Interior Formatting (Kindle & Print): Your book is professionally formatted for both Kindle (ebook) and paperback. This includes layout structure, spacing, chapter styling, headings, and all elements required for a clean, professional reading experience.

✔ Amazon KDP Setup & Publishing: The entire publishing process is handled for you, including file uploads, category selection, keyword optimization, pricing guidance, linking your ebook and paperback versions, and setting up your Amazon Author Page.

✔ Proof Review & Final Corrections: Once Amazon generates the proof copy, the formatting and layout are reviewed carefully. Any needed adjustments are made before final approval.

✔ Basic Launch Preparation Support: You receive guidance for preparing your book launch, including a simple launch checklist, ideas for gathering early readers, suggestions for launch week activities, and direction on using your email funnel during launch.
